Socially aware & compassionate, Neil isn’t afraid to address today’s important issues including hard-hitting & sensitive topics such as violence against women & girls, racism, LGTBQ+ rights & menopause. Professionally & personally, he strives to embrace uncomfortable conversations in a calm, objective manner when it comes to challenging areas; and believes that creating safe spaces to do so is often the way to change hearts & minds. However, he also has zero tolerance for any -isms & -phobias and certainly not when it comes to any form of debate around trans+ lives!
